Information for accepted authors
Once your abstract has been accepted, please follow the instruction below.
Authors are invited to submit their paper or extended abstract using the predefined full paper or extended abstract template file that can be found below. A peer review of the papers will be performed, and accepted papers and extended abstracts will be published in open access indexed Proceedings of ESREL 2023, published by Research Publishing Services, Singapore. While abstracts are only made available on the on-line programme. If an author is submitting an abstract only, please update your abstract submission by following the instructions below.
Below we present information for you to submit your full paper, extended-abstract and abstract using the correct template.
Full paper submission
Authors are invited to submit their paper using the predefined full paper template file below. A peer review of the papers will be performed, and accepted papers will be published in indexed Proceedings of ESREL 2023, published by Research Publishing Services, Singapore.
To submit your full paper, please
1. Go to the Easychair Management System (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=esrel2023)
2. Click on the view Icon of your selected paper
3. Click on “add file” option
4. Add the .pdf version, the source file and the copyright form (signed). Use the templates for Full paper submission provided below.
5. Click submit
Extended abstract submission
Authors are invited to submit their extended abstract (2 pages max) using the predefined extended abstract template file below. A peer review of the extended abstract will be performed. Only authors with an accepted extended abstract (or full paper) will be allowed to present at the ESREL2023 conference. Please note that the extended abstract will be made available on the conference website they will be indexed in the Proceedings of ESREL 2023, published by Research Publishing Services, Singapore.
To submit your extended abstract, please
1. Go to Easychair Management System (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=esrel2023)
2. Click on the view Icon of your selected paper
3. Click on Update Information in the upper right corner to select “add file” option (go to Other Information area in bottom)
4. Submit the .pdf version, the source file and the copyright form (signed). Use the templates for Extended abstracts provided below.
5. Click submit
Abstract submission update
Authors who are submitting an abstract only are invited to submit their abstract using the predefined abstract template file below. Only authors with an accepted extended abstract (or full paper) will be allowed to present at the ESREL2023 conference.
To submit your abstract in the correct format, please

Presenter attendance
All accepted submissions must have at least one registration. The ESREL2023 adopts the rule of one paper one registration. The same rule applies to extended abstracts and abstracts. Unless there are extraordinary circumstances we will ask all authors to comply with this rule. If you have any questions please contact esrel2023@soton.ac.uk
A hybridation of the conference organization combining in-person presence and virtual presentations will be proposed according to the evolution of public health rules related to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is expected that all speakers should attend in person unless travel restrictions make it impossible.
